items
We accept Christmas trees and lights from October-December every year, if it is outside of that timeframe we ask that you hold onto them. If you are wanting to specifically donate these items send us a message via FB or email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
stained, ripped, or company branded
clothing
We also are not accepting used underwear or socks. At this time we do not have the capacity to recycle textiles at this time. If you have a question about a certain item of clothing, feel free to reach out to us!
furniture
WACONIA: Like we mentioned, we just do not have the space to accommodate these larger items. You can, however, donate them over at our Chanhassen location!! See our furniture guidelines for more details/info.
mattresses or boxsprings
Again, we just do not have the space or manpower to accommodate for items like this.
baby utility items
This includes baby cribs, high chairs, pack and plays, strollers, and car seats. Unfortunately, we can't accept these items due to safety regulations.
large area rugs & carpet
We love that you're looking for a place to drop this item to be reused but again, we have limited space. We do not accept area rugs larger than 8x10.
broken/battery operated toys
Sadly we cannot give your well loved toys a new home. We also would hate to get a battery operated toy in + resell it only for our valued shoppers to realize it no longer works.
weapons
At this time we cannot accept any weapons as donations. For the safety of our employees, volunteers, and our shoppers, we cannot safely store, test, or accept these items.
electronics
This includes TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray players, computers, gaming systems, etc. We also do not accept VHS tapes, cassette tapes or CDs.
window treatments
Sorry, we do not accept any window treatments including blinds and draperies.
appliances & exercise equipment
Please, do not drop any appliances, stationary bikes, treadmills, etc. off as donations. Our facility cannot accommodate these items.
hardwired lights
Again, we just do not have the space or manpower to accommodate for items like this. We also do not accept light bulbs at this time.
industrial items
This includes cans of paint, scrap metals, scrap wood, unframed mirrors, etc.
tents
Sorry, we do not accept any type of tents at this time.
inflatable mattresses
Sorry, we do not accept any type of inflatable mattresses at this time.
prescribed/ used medications
Due to the personal nature of these items, we do not accept them. This includes prescribed medical equipment such as CPAP machines, crutches, nebulizers, breast pumps, etc.
WE ASK THAT DONATIONS ARE NOT DUMPED OR ABANDONED.
